I have always had a passion for people which is why I obtained my Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of TN, Knoxville.
That love developed into a passion for organizations to thrive which is why I obtained my Masters in Organizational Psychology.
As I pursued my calling to ministry the Lord directed me to become a Certified Life Coach.

Now 10 years later after a 7 year run in corporate America and an equal amount of time spent building a non-profit ministry (and working for a non-profit as well) I find myself here fulfilling my own calling.

Odum Coaching and Consulting is a life coaching and ministry consulting business that seeks to serve women who feel called to marketplace ministry through entrepreneurship. This could look like operating a small business as a solopreneur with hopes to grow your organization or operating in a more “traditional” ministry capacity by way of a non-profit or personal ministry.
My role is to operate in the capacity of a midwife. I am a professionally trained coach and consultant who is here to assist you as you labor in partnership with God to deliver what he’s calling you to. I am also here to assist after your delivery (launch) in a monitoring capacity to be sure that healthy progress is maintained.
What does this look like?
Your labor may look like: self defeating thoughts, feeling like you keep taking one step forward and two steps back, questioning if this is what God has called you to, not seeing the results you anticipated, not feeling sure about the next step to take, hitting roadblocks as you try to determine your next step, spiritual attacks by way of relational conflicts, physical ailments, financial woes, and more.
